Sallie Mae Lowers CEO Lord’s Salary To USD 1.25 Mln From USD 3 Mln
SAN FRANCISCO — SLM Corp. , more normally known as Sallie Mae, lowered the yearly base wage of Chief Executive Albert Lord to USD 1.25 000 000 from USD 3 000 000, the society said in a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission in a filing late Wednesday. Lord will take part in the company’s annual public presentation bonus plan at the CEO level, the companionship said.
