Rio Tinto Says Will Consider BHP Billiton Offer Carefully
Capital of the United Kingdom — Mining firm Rio Tinto articulated Wednesday that it has mentioned BHP Billiton’s new cancelled and will view the proposal of marriage carefully. BHP Billiton stated that it would cancelled 3.4 shares for every Rio Tinto share. The cancelled is 13% more than its old three-for-one marriage proposal that was jilted by Rio’s plank.
