Heineken To Buy Belarus Brewing Firm Syabar
Greater London — Dutch brewing firm Heineken stated Friday that it will get the Cypriot keeping company of the Syabar Brewing Company based in Bobruysk, Byelorussia. Heineken will get Syabar’s parent company from a syndicate led by Detroit Investments (Cyprus) and from the International Finance Corporation, an affiliate of the World Bank. The monetary value was non disclosed. The dealing will be profits enhancing in 2008 and value heightenning in 2012, Heineken articulated.
