SAN FRANCISCO — Privately held chip shaper Freescale Semiconductor language an understanding to get SigmaTel Inc. for about USD 110 000 000, the societies said Monday. Under the understanding, Freescale will pay USD 3 a SigmaTel share. The companionships expect the business deal to shut in the second quarter.
