Diageo To Pay USD 900 Mln For Stake In Vodka Joint Venture
Capital of the United Kingdom — Drinks shaper Diageo informated Wednesday that it will form an equally-owned company with the Nolet familiy to trade, market and dish out the Ketel One vodka. Diageo will pay USD 900 000 000 for its interest in the new company that will be based in the Netherlands. The Nolet menage will go along to have the marque rights for Ketel One and Diageo will get the exclusive distributer of the brand name globally.
