Chrysler Temporarily Closing 4 Plants
SAN FRANCISCO — Automaker Chrysler informated Monday it temporarily closed four plants and cut a second shift at some other because of provider problems. The companionship said it shut temporarily the Belvidere Assembly Plant in Rockford, Ill., the Newark Assembly Plant in Newark, Del., the Sterling Heights Assembly Plant in Sterling Heights, Mich., and the Toledo North Assembly Plant in Toledo, Buckeye State. The society said it will disregard the second shift at its Toledo Supplier Park.
